AHHHHH thank you so much, I genuinely wasn't expecting my comic to be front paged since it was started a year and a half ago and just finished like a day or 2 ago!? I'VE FINALLY DONE IT! After a year and then some, Issue #0 of Tasty Tales is finally finished! I can now say I've finished a whole (16 paged) issue and focus on bringing Tasty Tales into a fully realized vision! I already have a head start on ideas & started organizing them to fully flesh out the story/ concept work!
Thank you to the people who followed this issue even LONG after it's deadline had passed and extra BIG THANK YOU for @KittyhawkMontrose for hosting that same contest a year & a half ago leading me to make this comic! I probably wouldn't have thought up of the ideas I have now if it weren't for that nudge I needed! I also need to thank my bestie of 4 1/2 years @VexOfVoid for not only inspiring/ supporting me but also help co-write it in the near future, it means so much to me to the point I can't thank you enough! (GO READ HIS COMIC RANSOM TO ROMANCE CUZ ITS SO GOOD!) I will be posting the last 4 pages tonight for early access over on my Kofi and will be updating it publicly this coming Tuesday (May 6th,2025)!
I know I've been making a big deal out of this 1 comic I've just finished but honestly, I've never felt this excited for anything & I wasn't expecting the rating to be close to 5/5 on here for something that was only halfway finished for so long! Even if it's a small amount of you guys checking it out every now and again I VERY much appreciate the acknowledgement of this very first small step into the comic community! <3
